Our recruitment team is highly integrated within the Human Resources community having strong exposure to available resources, in addition to over 50 years of combined, applied recruitment experience working with various clients and candidates in the context of their job search process. Our customer-centric team focuses on truly learning about individuals’ needs. Our service sessions are dedicated to developing genuine relationships to not only get ‘below the surface’, but also really get to know someone to fully understand their capabilities, motivations and short and long-term career ideals in order to assist them in their job search efforts.
RESUME ASSISTANCE: ONE-ON-ONE
How does your resume measure up?
- From a visual perspective, upon first glance, is your resume easy to look at and read?
- Have you effectively utilized the white space on the page?
- Is the font readable? Is the font size appropriate (not too big or too small)?
- Is your formatting appealing to the eye?
- Is your name and contact information easily accessible so that you can be contacted?
These are just a few of the items we will be reviewing together to ensure that your resume is ready for send out to prospective employers.
Within each 60-minute session, you will have a personalized resume consultation session (via phone or video call) with one of our experts to assess and discuss areas of improvement for your resume. We will walk you through the necessary edits and revisions you may need to make to your resume to help you get filtered to the ‘yes’ pile when applying for roles.

INTERVIEW ASSISTANCE: ONE-ON-ONE
Now that you’ve sent your resume out and you’re receiving interview requests, are you ready for your interview, whether that be in person or via phone or video call?
- Have you reviewed the company’s website to get to know their values, mission and products/services?
- Have you prepared a few thoughtful questions for them?
- If you’re phone interviewing, have you considered how to exude confidence over the phone?
- If you’re video interviewing and have been invited to attend a panel interview, have you thought about how to address the entire panel of individuals effectively?
These are just a few of the items we will be discussing to ensure that you’re interview ready, no matter the format.
Within each 60-minute session, you will have a personalized interview consultation session (via phone or video call) with one of our experts to discuss best interview practices and what hiring managers are really looking for. We will talk about suitable interview attire, non-verbal communication cues and any potential areas of weakness you may have dealt with in the past and how to overcome those now. At the end of the consultation, we will conduct a brief mock interview so that you can apply the new skills that you’ve just learned.
