McNeill Nakamoto will follow up with our client contact on the first day of every assignment to ensure satisfaction with the staff member we have placed, and will touch base regularly during the course of the assignment to ensure clients’ needs are being met.

We treat all our temporary employees as an extension of the McNeill Nakamoto team, and we have recognition programs that acknowledge outstanding performers. Generally the only way we lose our temporary employees is when they land a full time position with one of our outstanding employers.
